Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

To start a return, customers may submit a return request through their customer account. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for a $9.99 flat-rate return shipping fee, which will be applied when using our return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow processing time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing the order, as long as the order has not already been processed or fulfilled. After this time, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
